The N.O. Project - 13N and 01Q

The N.O. Organization

Agents 13N and 01Q:

Birth Names: Zoila and Zephyr Raptis

Appearance: Zoila is quite an attractive and slightly svelte Nebulan, with infatuating eyes and a knock-out smile. Her ears, like her brother are mostly normal but have small curls at the very tips. Like most Nebulans on her planet, she is purple in color, although a little on the darker side. Although, unlike most of her people, her color splotches look oddly formed, as if someone designed them. They are much lighter in color, almost pink, and it resembled a very crude-looking spiral up her right leg. A similar spiral exists on her right arm, extending from the black, three-pronged mark on the palm of her paw. The oddities end with a Christmas-shaped star on her left eyelid, which also goes beyond it. Her chest and hips are very evened-out, curved, and comfortable to live with; not too large and not too small. Both twins have the same height, which would measure in at about three feet. When not working (or now, on missions), Zoila likes to “wear” clothes that are more flirty in nature, and she has quite the collection.

Zephyr’s appearance is a bit…different from what you might expect. Despite being a male Nebulan, he looks just as feminine as his dear sister. Unfortunately, this was the result of something that closely resembles De La Chapelle syndrome, but with some remaining differences. Even though his abilities would involve control over hormones (and as a branch, body development), he was ironically unable to control his own hormonal health and levels, leading to what he looks like today. Like most females of his species, his eyes are slightly more narrowed, and have upward curls at their tips to boot. As far as Zephyr’s smile goes, it is no less attractive than Zoila’s. In fact, it may be even MORE attractive than hers. The color of his skin matches the exact tone that’s on his sister’s markings: a purple so light, that it’s nearly pink. In contrast to this, the same, spiraling markings on HIS body are entirely on his left side. To further this, the color is the same, darkened purple that his sister wears. One other difference is that the pronged mark on his right palm is white, instead of black. As far as his body-type goes, you would hardly find a trace of masculinity on him. One of the very few exceptions would be what nature’s major difference between a male and female is, as any other male would already be aware of. He has a distinct, pear-shaped or “A” body-frame. This description of him includes a narrow and small torso, shoulders, yet having a large waist, and curvy, and captivating hips. He wasn’t entirely fond of his body at first, but has decided that it would just be best to live with it, instead of continuing to find a way to change. After all, it was nature that made it look the way it did; who was he to take what nature gave him away?

History: The twins were born into a world of confusion and pain, being “raised” in a decrepit neighborhood, mostly consisting of houses that closely resembled hovels over actual houses. In comparison, their house was a little better-looking than most, but still poorly built. Their parents were not exactly the best at their duties, either being too busy with what little work they had, or too intoxicated by various types of drugs and alcohol they allowed into their pitiful bodies. By the time they had reached an age that they could take enough care of themselves (and each other); the two abandoned their neglectful household, being immensely starved of the love and affection they craved so much.

For a total of five months, the siblings lived off of the streets in the darkest corners of Kat Nebula, making a few friends and many enemies on the way. It really wasn’t too bad for them, until a fight for their pitiful excuse for a home broke out between them and six of their worst rivals. It was during this gang-up conflict that Zoila had unintentionally activated her Umbrakinesis, leaving only her and Zephyr alive. After a witness had disclosed the grisly event to the authorities, they were quickly arrested. Of course, being minors, they were not placed in jail, but instead a juvenile detention center, where the two would stay.

For the vast majority of their stay, to say that they had a bad time in there would’ve been an understatement. At first, both adolescent Nebulans were able to pass as “invisibles” by the other inmates, but it soon turned against them. Both were generously offered into many of the numerous groups and gangs, (with the subtext seeming to be put towards their looks) but the condition seemed the two would have to separate for it. Being as close as they were, the twins passed every invitation up and this caused major problems. Both were bullied and beaten on many occasions, and fearing that it would only make things worse, Zoila refused to use her power against them. Even though she had to deal with enough problems, Zephyr always had it worse out of the two. Even as a kitten, his looks always leaned more towards the feminine side, and upon reaching puberty, they only leaned further towards that instead of the other way around. Day after day, they took it and comforted each other afterwards, and if they were in the safety of their cell, then Zephyr’s sister would practice her usually unseen powers, if only to entertain themselves a little. There was one dark night where the two of them were ambushed, but it did not end up in a simple beating this time, but an attempted rape. This broke Zoila’s resolve and she ended it very quickly, but the resulting scene looked no less macabre than the last time. Not long after this did they decide to escape the facility, using her power.

After weeks of evading re-capture, they were both taken in by someone they would grow to love and respect: Adria Arkwright. She was a kind and admired Nebulan that appeared to have almost infallible, motherly qualities and never had too little time to give Zoila and Zephyr at least some form of affection or attention. Their life with her was decidedly much better than back at home or at the juvenile center, but the trio was not without some problems. There were times where she would come home late…very late, practically exhausted and asking them not to bother her. Not taking long to become frustrating to both of them, they had decided to follow her to the place she worked at, via Zoila’s abilities. This led to the shocking and angering conclusion that she was actually a courtesan and confronted her on it. Although she denied their accusations at first, she eventually conceded to them and tearfully explained her reasons. Initially, the two, younger Nebulans were very uncomfortable with living with Adria after that night, but soon became apathetic on the subject. None of it really changed how they felt about her, how much of a mother she had become to them.

The years passed, and though they ignored it at first, the two siblings had started to grow fascinated with the profession but they kept it a secret from their “mother”. Zephyr’s abilities had begun to manifest as well, and on an outing they took once, he found some…interesting uses for them. It wasn’t too long before the two realized just how much power they could have over others, and started to practice them upon the unsuspecting, with Zephyr quickly erasing and pushing another one of their memories over it. Most of this was because Zoila was a little more…eager about her powers than he was, so along with this, he used his to keep her restrained enough. As they reached their adult-cycle (eighteen in Nebulan years) the two had decided to bid farewell to Adria, fully thanking her for everything that she had ever done for them. Worried about them (in more ways then one), she tried to convince them to stay with her longer, but they were confident that as long as they had each other, they would be just fine.

It took a little longer than the twins had hoped, but with enough work and saved finances, they followed their now deep-rooted fascination with Adria’s former life and opened their own Bordello: The Crystal Chateau. However, when they had started everything up, it didn’t go exactly as planned. Their advertisements promised the best experiences money could buy, but so did every other known brothel on the planet. It was during a meeting between the two that Zephyr thought of a way to set their establishment apart from the rest: his abilities. With his unnaturally irresistible charms, and those he spread among his sister and the other workers, their business grew exponentially. Zoila was even able to find a way to make her power over the dark useful, which was able to provide cover (being that prostitution was illegal) and a few other needs. The two were pretty smart with how they drew customers in, and effectively created a myth-like reputation. As his sister helped to keep them out of site, Zephyr would use his special concoction of pheromones and spread them around the area as well as extending the radius to wherever he saw fit. Once passersby caught a whiff of this, they wouldn't be able to resist entering their establishment. He also makes sure that once they leave (IF they let them leave); they have no memory of ever being there, except for minor details and the strong inkling that the Chateau really exists. This way, others would be informed about this “Ghost Business”, and want to find it for at least the adventure of it. Every staff member was rather pricey to book for a session, with the Raptis Twins being the most expensive. Still, if someone were able to thoroughly impress them, they would then force that Nebulan to remain there by the male’s power. This is how they acquired most of their co-workers, male or female, but it wasn't always the case; some actually came willingly. Being inhabitants and employees to the Chateau, they were also paid handsomely for their services and given exceptional room and board. Unfortunately, all of them are still nothing but slaves to these drivers, albeit with obvious benefits.

Together, they thrived on this golden age of pleasure and wealth…until the arrivals of Agents 03A, 72Y and 26S set them on another course altogether. Upon being converted and inducted into the Organization, Agents 13N and 01Q operate as spies and assassins for them, their manic tendencies being optimal for each mission’s success.

Personality:

Even when they were mere kittens, and growing in such an empty environment, the twins held a seemingly never-ending reservoir of energy and happiness. Sometimes things were tougher for them than usual, but as long as they were together, that was all they needed. This indestructible bond that they shared even produced the special ability they possessed, one that no other N.O. could ever have. On the outside, they appear as nothing but a very sociable, albeit a little overzealous, young man (up to debate by many) and woman. However, both of them harbor a very dark, very twisted side that only the extraordinarily unfortunate bear witness to. Zoila and Zephyr had lost the bright innocence they once had and had become consumed by their unique abilities, taking no hesitation in abusing it upon innocents to slake their sick lusts and personal agendas. There was one account of a Nebulan who broke free of Zephyr’s control, and attempted to voice a warning about them…only to be hunted down by both twins again. To the savage siblings, pleasure and hysteria were their masters, and they’re happy to take almost any avenue it takes to achieve it…including each other on occasion.
